Fulton FBL Electric Boiler

Efficient, quiet and safe operation

Fulton complete line of electric steam and hot water boilers ranges from 12 kW to 1,000 kW(1.2 TO 100 BHP) with design pressure of 150 psi and 300 psi. Boiler efficient is very high because the heating elements are totally immersed in water and the pressure vessel is fully insulated with minimum radiation heat losses. Electric boiler are also environment friendly with zero NOx (nitrogen oxides) emission.

Stainless steel heating element

Fulton uses stainless steel low watt density elements which ensure a long life expectancy. Heating elements are horizontally mounted for the smaller 12-36kW boilers and vertically mounted for 50-1000kW boilers.

Robust Manufacturing

Intelligent design maximise boiler pressure integrity and increase life expectancy. Construction parameters such as material thicknesses are 30% higher than ASME minimum requirements.

Ease of inspection and maintenenace

The elements are easily accessible hence permit quick removal for servicing or inspection. Strategically located 3″ x 4″ handholes allow ease of maintenance and inspection.
